Return and Refund Policy
To provide the best satisfaction to our guests, we have outlined the following solutions. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the below Return and Refund policy by emailing us at the restaurant. For immediate response, please call us directly. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.
Incorrect Orders
We strive to serve you a meal that is 100% true to the order information you provided to us via online, phone, or in-person communication. Please call us as soon as possible if you notice that there was an error that we made in preparing your order. Depending on the circumstance we will either replace the order, issue credit for a future restaurant visit, or refund the entire order. Please note that we are only able to offer credit card refunds for items that are brought back to our restaurant within 2 hours of receipt inside their original packaging with at least 75% of the order remaining. This is simply so we can better examine how we failed to meet our guests’ expectations prior to disposal. We are unable to offer cash refunds.
Quality and Condition
Preparing high quality food for our guests through using only the freshest ingredients is our utmost priority. If you believe that we have failed to meet that priority, please contact us within two hours of receipt so we can take corrective action. We will examine each request on a case-by-case basis, offering either a replacement, store credit, or a credit card refund. Please note that in order to receive a credit card refund you must bring the order back to us in its original packaging with at least 75% of the order remaining This is so we can better examine how we failed to meet our guests’ expectations prior to disposal.
We strive to prepare and package our pickup items in a manner that maintains their quality upon leaving our kitchens. Please keep in mind that temperature, sauce, and consistency of items may slightly change once a pickup order has left our kitchens.
